When ordering please double check that you have ordered the correct colour webbing or acrylic and that when you have completed the text boxes that all spellings are correct as we will produce custom items exactly how they are specified / spelt.

We are not liable for products which have been produced due to the customers spelling errors and no refund will be be given for this. 

Return postage will have to be paid by the customer.

The refund will only be granted once the item has been returned in the condition which it was sent (excluding custom made products)
